Heather Scott Green Orchid 8

I’m Heather Scott!

Passionate and committed to coaching you to your best, I’m a certified coach with a focus on self-care and parenting.  When we take care of ourselves by modelling healthy boundaries and habits, the youth in our care get to see us as successful and fulfilled humans.

As you explore what it is that truly matters to you, I hold a space of curiosity and accountability; I’m a thinking partner with supportive follow through.

About Heather Scott

I’m a mom to two awesome sons, animal lover, author, facilitator, networker, and mentor.

I love connecting with people, specifically parents.  Offering support to them as they knock it out of the park (celebration), then sometimes stumble (challenge), rise, and try again (resilience) is right up my alley.

As a single mom, many times I’d finish the day with a few rounds of “I wonder if that was a good idea?” I value working with people who care a lot about their children, and meaningful connections that will last.

Are you curious about how self-care ties into parenting?

As I committed to personal development work in my own life, I saw the connection between how much ‘kind and gentle’ I offered myself and how I showed up with my kids.

When I dialed down the relentless drive and perfectionism and took a breath, I discovered that I was a less rushed taskmaster and a more compassionate listener.

I was someone who created some peace of mind.  Connecting to what I truly valued allowed me to align my actions with my chosen values—acceptance, connection, love, peace.

About Heather Scott

Finding or reconnecting to ourselves is key to showing our kids the way to a healthy and fulfilling life. As we model authenticity and integrity we get ourselves out of their way as they learn to lead themselves. With the state of the world today, now more than ever we need youth fully empowered, accessing their intelligence and optimism.

You want and need a safe space for exploring what matters most to you on your journey.  We get connected, identify, and clarify your priorities allowing you to create actionable steps that bring what matters home.

When you’re ready to discover what’s holding you back from having the relationship you really want with your family and children, I’d love to work with you in one on one sessions or in group coaching with a supportive team.

I provide unconditional acceptance, a psychologically safe space, and proven coaching techniques.  Exercises where we work together and create new ways for you to learn about yourself and be with your family the way you’ve always wanted, relaxing, enjoying each other, and creating memories that will last.

You experience the calm and peace of mind that comes from your actions aligning with the values that drive your life.
